Relief is immediate action taken to halt economic deterioration. President Franklin D. Roosevelt idea of relief was to grant people with immediate aid. Our program is relief because it is providing those who are unfortunate to afford a house, to be granted with a home loan to be able to still afford their homes in this time of distress. By granting those who have low incomes the chance to still keep their houses for their families helps with the immediate aid, in the time of need.

Reform
Reform is the permanent programs to avoid another depression and insure citizens against economic disasters. Reform was the fact of permanent change. Franklin D. Roosevelt wanted the idea of reform to insure permanent change. Although, our program does not rely on reform, reform is still important to provide change against economic disasters. An example for reform would be the Social Security Administration, which is a permanent agency that provide the elder group with security that they would always have enough money to survive.
